Sony Vaio VGN-FW21E Review

I own a Sony Vaio VGN-FW21E. It's got a 2.26 Dual core CPU, 4GB of memory with a 300GB HD. I bought it a year ago (jan. 2009). It's got a build in camera and microphone. I've chosen for it because the 1600x900 max resolution and the Blueray disk player inside.
Besides the tech. specs it's a really awesome looking laptop. The keyboard looks like a MacBook. I don't use the touchpad very often, I prefer a mouse. Even one of our cats likes it. When I working on it, she loves to sleep next to the fan exit on the left. I like the shortcut keys for adjusting volume and brightness (Fn+F5/F6).
The worst thing about it is that it's running Vista. I had to reinstall it twice until now. Never had these problems with XP. Tried Ubuntu too running in a virtual machine, but that was not really what I was looking for either. I will buy Windows 7 when Vista crashes again.
Another issue is the silver painting that easily scratches.
I'm satisfied with the speed, just that Vista takes a long time to start.
I would recommend this for sure to my friends. One of them bought one too.
