HP Compaq Presario CQ61

Processor: Intel Pentium DualCore CPU T4200 2GHz

Operating system: Windows 7 32-bit

Price: 740 USD(bought about 6 months ago)

To my mind it`s an excellent laptop, it`s fast and it`s reliable. As I mostly use it for surfing the internet, writing articles and playing some strategy games I find it rather great laptop to own.

Its battery lasts for about two hours so that's just enough. As I carry it around a lot the weight is important it weighs about 2,7 kilograms which is not too good, but It`s manageable and understandable, because the laptop has a 15,6 inches display not to mention the fact that it has a full keyboard.

The thing I really don`t like are the laptops speakers, they are kind of screechy, but I guess all the laptops have the same problem. Also I would like to point out the fan noise when the laptop gets hot, it`s just too loud and annoying, but other than that it`s just excellent. Now let`s rate the laptop:

1. Keyboard 10/10

2. Touchpad 10/10

3. Speakers 3/10

4. Speed and performance 10/10

For the conclusion I`d say that HP has made a great laptop which I most definitely would recommend to anyone including my friends. I am not very sure the next laptop will be HP because I like to try different manufacturers but if some day soon I buy a new laptop and it will disappoint me I most definitely will return to HP`s lair.

I have owned the laptop for about six months now and had no problems with it and I really do believe that the laptop will keep on serving me for couple of years.
